Catharine Robertson is a storyteller, writer, and erstwhile comedian. She was the managing co-editor of the 60th anniversary issue of Welter and is the managing editor of the forthcoming issue of Yellow Arrow Vignette, a literary journal from Yellow Arrow Publishing that focuses on Baltimore writers who identify as women.

For nearly 20 years Catharine has been telling true, personal tales about herself for audiences of up to 1000 people for the Stoop Storytelling series, Ignite Baltimore, Vauxhall Variety Show, Baltimore Improv Group, and TEDxBaltimore. She wrote and acted in comedy sketches for the Stoop Live Radio Shows at Centerstage; was an improv comedy performer, troupe director, and Executive Director of the Baltimore Improv Group; and co-founded and produced the Baltimore Improv Festival. She has also worked as a science writer and editor, a designer, and a public health strategist.

Catharine is an MFA candidate in creative nonfiction and memoir at the University of Baltimore. She loves traveling with her husband, walking with her dogs around Baltimore, and rooting for English Premier League team Arsenal.
